Nordic Nature Photographer of the Year:
A winner among all category winners, except for Travel Photo, will be selected.

The main sponsor is Safari Opplevelsesreiser A/S together with its African collaborator, Gamewatchers Safaris, as well as the airlines Safarilink and KLM. The first prize is a trip to Gamewatchers’ Porini Camps in Kenya.  Value NOK 35,000 including air ticket to and from Norway.  Possibility to take along a companion who pays NOK 10,000.

Young Nordic Nature Photographer of the Year:
You must be under the age of 18 and can submit a maximum of six images from the Nordic countries. Free choice of subject, but the images must be related to nature.

Canon sponsors the «Young Nordic Nature Photographer of the Year» with a Canon 6D camera, value approx. NOK 15,000.

7) Threatened Nature:
A separate category focusing on threatened nature in the Nordic countries. Images can include red-listed species or images which best visually document threats to the biological diversity. 8) Travel Photo:
